This course is intended to help develop a strong visual perception, observation, and imagination capabilities. We were committed to keeping the learning space active, which was necessary to strike a good balance and connection between theory and practice. The discussions based on their work helped the students explore enough to have a more comprehensive understanding of what is being discussed and done.
Students developed a curious and intuitive eye by engaging themselves with various media, materials and techniques of space to form explorations and theoretical concepts. The continued interactions with the forms, structure, lecture sessions, different thought processes of their peers via group discussions and presentations, students gained a good sensitivity, self reflection, articulation and understanding of spatial relationships.
The various assignments helped the students to understand the transformation of a plane into 3 dimensional structure, and acquired a clear understanding of applying sensitivity of visualising 3 dimensional forms, properties of plane, volume, and mass in 3D application with the help of all geometry tools.
