This workshop introduces students to the creative and technical foundations of screen printing through a hands-on, image-making approach. Combining traditional drawing methods with digital editing techniques, the course emphasises experimentation, skill-building, and personal expression.
Students will learn the complete screen printing process—from developing original designs and creating stencils to preparing screens and printing on both paper and fabric. Through a series of practical exercises and guided demonstrations, they will explore colour layering, registration, and various printing methods.
By the end of the course, students will be equipped with the knowledge and confidence to produce their own screen-printed artworks, showcasing both their creativity and technical proficiency in the medium.
